Hawaii is a relatively unknown destination for fly fishing, only a few have experienced the size & virility of the Hawaiian Bone Fish. Generally, most anglers are here on vacation with their families or on a stop-over and don't even realize that they are in Monster Bonefish Territory.

Hawaiian Bonefish will test your nerves and accuracy. They swim in schools, but usually swim alone or in small groups, then factor in periodic gusty tradewinds, lack of sun, and ever changing tides it can be very challenging. The type of habitat can also be a factor whether it be sand, mud , or coral flats and not to mention the spookyness of the leery bonefish, but landing one of these "Silver Bullets" will be an experience to last a lifetime!
